Our top three biggest markets are Japan, Russia and China. We expect a double-digit growth of about 11-12% in Asia-Pacific for the year 2010.
With an ambitious plan to focus on growth and expansion for China, a new China Talent Centre has been created with the objective to build our talent base and support the headcount expansion from 4,000 employees today to 8,000 employees by 2015.
